Dear Owens Corning,
We are writing you to let you know how pleased we are with the basement refinishing that you did for us. The basement finishing system has exceeded our expectations in many ways — we are very happy with its appearance and we are especially pleased with its sound absorbing qualities. It creates a great acoustic environment for our home theatre viewing and listening to music. In addition, it has cut down tremendously on the noise that we previously heard between our basement and our first floor rooms. For our two children, it has turned the basement into their favorite room in the house!
We were also pleased with our installer. Bill McMinn. He was always polite and courteous, and his work was nicely done. He even took the initiative to make slight modifications to the plans, in order to give us a little more space an even nicer appearance than we would have had without his extra effort.
Thanks for making such a great product. We have already recommended it to several of our friends, and we will continue to do so.
